| Presentation of the Property |
| Please ensure the property is presented as it would be when a guest arrives. Any props - food in the kitchen, bowls of fruit, flowers - should also be in place. |

| Working with the Weather |
| We can generally get the best results from photo shoots when the weather is good, and we prefer to plan our shoots on this basis, within the constraints of the accommodation availability. If due to bad weather or lack of light we can't take satisfactory exterior shots, we will substitute the exterior shots with additional interior shots. |

| Travel |
| Travel anywhere in Wales and the border counties of Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire is included in our rates. Also Aude, PO and Tarn, France in summer by arrangement. |
