Our Lady of Penrhys, Llwynypia, Rhondda Cynon Taff
Overlooking the Rhondda Valley, this carving in Portland stone of 'Our Lady of Penrhys' marks the place where a chapel stood long ago. The original statue was probably destroyed in the disollution of the monasteries. The current one dates from 1953.
